The main project takes charge of all administrative matters in Content Development Division, assists to promote the investigation, implementation, and development plans for digital archives data, and proceeds to work on Digital Archives Project of Content Development.

• To hold “Committee of Content Development Meetings”
• To build and maintain the portal website for the digital archives projects http://content.ndap.org.tw
• To hold “Joint Conveners Meetings”
• To organize conferences and introductory meetings for digital archives of content development
• To plan and coordinate the contents of digital archives
• To plan for book series for digital archives
• To carry out the instructions from the Program Office
• To cooperate with Research & Development Division to implement a “public information system”

Committee of Content Development

The committee holds regular meetings and takes charge of deliberating and setting up the working procedures and principles of data implementation, such as specifications of metadata, obtainment of source data, and retrieval of digital data. It will also discuss the data obtained in Survey and Research Project in details, set up the National Archives collection standards and digitization priority, and plan for the mid- and long-term working schedules of the digital archives.
