Digital Archives of Non-solicited Projects
In order that more public and private organizations may digitize important collections of cultural and historical relics, and build national digital archives to advance humanistic, social, academic, educational, and economical developments,, the Program Office organized this project and solicits from the public a number of thematic projects whose main work is digital contents implementation. Those who are interested and capable may contribute their efforts to the program and share their experience. The work descriptions in this project are as follows:
- To draw up the project solicitation forms
- To organize solicitation of projects and help National Science Council review applications
- To assist all participating institutions in attending forums held by the thematic groups
- To assist all participating institutions complete implementation of digital data smoothly
- To manage and assess the projects schedules
- To evaluate projects effects
